COOKIE INFORMATION
Due to the entry into force of the amendment to the “Information Society Services Law” (LSSICE) established by Royal Decree 13/2012, it is mandatory to obtain the user’s explicit consent for all websites that use non-essential cookies before they browse them.

WHAT ARE COOKIES?
Cookies and other similar technologies such as local shared objects, flash cookies, or pixels are tools used by web servers to store and retrieve information about visitors, as well as to ensure the proper functioning of the site. By using these devices, the web server is able to remember certain user-related data, such as preferences for viewing pages on that server, username and password, products of interest, etc.

COOKIES AFFECTED BY REGULATIONS AND EXEMPT COOKIES
According to the EU directive, cookies that require informed user consent are analytics cookies and advertising and affiliate cookies. Technical cookies and those necessary for the operation of the website or the provision of services explicitly requested by the user are exempt.

WHAT TYPES OF COOKIES ARE THERE?
There are five main types of cookies:

  • Analytics cookies: collect information about how the website is used.
  • Social cookies: necessary for external social networks.
  • Affiliate cookies: track visits coming from other websites with which the site has an affiliate agreement.
  • Advertising and behavioural cookies: collect information about user preferences and choices (retargeting).
  • Technical and functional cookies: strictly necessary for the use of the website and the provision of the contracted service.

COOKIES USED ON THIS WEBSITE
List the names of the cookies used on the website, type, owner, function, and expiration, for example:

  • PHPSESSID: technical and strictly necessary cookie containing the session identifier. Deleted when the browser is closed.
  • _lang: technical and strictly necessary cookie storing the session language. Deleted when the browser is closed.
  • ac_cookies: technical and strictly necessary cookie indicating whether the user has accepted cookies. Expires 1 year after the last update.
  • _ga: Google Analytics cookie that enables the tracking of unique visits. Expires 2 years after the last update.
  • _gat: associated with Google Analytics; used to limit request rate on high-traffic sites. Expires after 10 minutes.
  • _utma: records the date of the first and last visit. Expires 2 years after the last update.
  • _utmb: records the time of arrival on the website. Expires after 30 minutes.
  • _utmc: used for interoperability with urchin.js tracking code. Deleted when the browser is closed.
  • _utmt: used to process the type of request made by the user. Expires at the end of the session.
  • _utmv: used to segment demographic data. Expires at the end of the session.
  • _utmz: stores the traffic source or campaign. Expires 6 months after the last update.

REVOCATION OF CONSENT AND HOW TO DELETE COOKIES FROM YOUR BROWSER

Chrome

  1. Select the Tools icon
  2. Click Settings
  3. Click Show advanced settings
  4. In the “Privacy” section, click Content settings
    • Delete cookies: Click All cookies and site data
    • Block cookies from being stored
  5. Click Clear browsing data (empty cache)
  6. Close and restart the browser

Internet Explorer (Version 11)

  1. Select Tools | Internet Options
  2. Click the General tab
  3. Under “Browsing history,” click Delete browsing history on exit
  4. Select Delete files
  5. Select Delete cookies
  6. Click Delete
  7. Click OK
  8. Close and restart the browser

  1. Select Firefox | History | Clear recent history
  2. Next to “Details,” click the arrow
  3. Select: Cookies, Cache, Active logins
  4. Choose “Everything” in the time range
  5. Click Clear now
  6. Close and restart the browser
